What can I expect in our first therapy session?

The first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We will talk about your current concerns, history, and what you hope to get out of therapy. This is also a space for you to ask questions and get a sense of whether therapy feels like a good fit. There is no pressure to have everything figured out, and we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Do you offer virtual therapy sessions?

Yes. I offer both in-person therapy in Keller, Texas, and virtual therapy sessions for clients anywhere in Texas. This allows flexibility and access to support in a way that fits your schedule and needs.

What ages do you work with?

I work with children ages 3 and up, adolescents, and adults. With children, I use developmentally appropriate and play-based approaches, including Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) techniques, to help them express emotions and build coping skills. I also work with parents and families to support communication, connection, and emotional understanding within the home.

I work with individuals, parents, children, and families navigating anxiety, life transitions, postpartum experiences, parenting challenges, emotional overwhelm, relationship concerns, and family stress. I also support children experiencing emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral challenges, school-related stress, or difficulty adjusting to changes at home or school.

Do you help with postpartum anxiety or depression?

Yes. I work with individuals experiencing postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, and the emotional challenges that can come with pregnancy, birth, and the transition into parenthood. Therapy provides space to process these experiences, better understand emotions, and build coping strategies during this transition. I also support partners and families impacted by postpartum changes.
