Therapy Services

I offer individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults in Keller, Texas. Services are tailored to your specific needs and may focus on areas such as anxiety, life transitions, parenting challenges, postpartum experiences, and relationship concerns.

Sessions are offered in a supportive and collaborative environment, with the goal of helping you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, process what you’ve been carrying, and feel more supported in your day-to-day life.

I work with mothers and individuals navigating anxiety, postpartum experiences, and life transitions that can feel overwhelming or isolating.

Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, build practical coping skills, and help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself.

Couples Counseling

Couples counseling offers a space to better understand each other and work through challenges with support and guidance.

I help couples navigate communication struggles, recurring conflict, and emotional disconnection in a way that feels constructive rather than overwhelming.

Together, we’ll work toward strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, and creating a more connected and supportive relationship.

Parenting Support

Parenting can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re unsure how to respond to your child’s needs or behaviors. I work with parents to better understand their child’s emotional world while also building confidence in their role as a caregiver.

Parents are an important part of the process. I work collaboratively with you to better understand your child’s needs, support you in responding effectively, and strengthen your connection with your child.

Children (ages 3+)

Therapy can help children better understand and express their emotions in a safe and supportive space.

I work with children ages 3 and up who may be experiencing anxiety, difficulty with emotional regulation, school related stress, behavioral challenges, or changes within the family.

I use developmentally appropriate, relationship-based approaches to help children build coping skills, strengthen emotional awareness, and feel more confident in themselves.

I am trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) and incorporate play therapy techniques into my work. Through play, children are able to express emotions, process experiences, and communicate in ways that feel natural to them.

Play is a child’s natural way of communicating, and through it, we can better understand and support their inner world.

Family Therapy

Family therapy provides a space for families to come together, improve communication, and navigate challenges as a unit.

I support families working through conflict, life transitions, and parenting challenges, while ensuring each person feels heard and understood.

Together, we’ll focus on strengthening connection, rebuilding trust, and creating a more supportive and balanced family dynamic.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect in our first meeting?

The first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, history, and what you hope to get out of therapy.

This is also a space for you to ask questions and get a sense of whether therapy feels like a good fit. There is no pressure to have everything figured out, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes. I offer both in-person therapy in Keller, Texas, and virtual therapy sessions for clients anywhere in Texas. This allows for flexibility and access to support in a way that fits your schedule and needs.

What ages do you work with?

I work with children (ages 3+), adolescents, and adults.

With children, I use developmentally appropriate and play-based approaches, including Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) techniques, to help them express emotions and build coping skills. I also work with parents and families to support communication, connection, and emotional understanding within the home.

What issues do you help with?

I work with individuals, parents, children, and families navigating a variety of emotional and relational challenges.

Common areas of focus include anxiety, life transitions, postpartum experiences, parenting challenges,

emotional overwhelm, relationship concerns, and family stress.

I also support children who may be experiencing anxiety, difficulty with emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, school-related stress, or changes within the family such as divorce, separation, or new transitions.

Do you help with postpartum anxiety or depression?

Yes. I work with individuals experiencing postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, and the emotional challenges that can come with pregnancy, birth, and the transition into parenthood.

This season can feel overwhelming, isolating, and very different from what many people expect. Therapy provides a space to process what you’re experiencing, better understand your emotions, and build support and coping strategies as you adjust.

Postpartum experiences can also impact partners and family dynamics, and I support individuals and families as they navigate these changes.

How do I get started?
